(MARRCC)
Quarterly
Progess Note
The MARRCC Quarterly Progress Note was designed to assist
recreational professionals working in Long Term Care (LTC) to
evaluate the resident's progress towards the achievement of the
care plan goals as well as the effectiveness of the
individualized care plan developed for the resident.
Purpose
- Assist the recreation professional in evaluating the
effectiveness and appropriateness of the resident's
individualized care plan.
- Ensure that the recreation professional reviews and
evaluates the resident's progress towards the achievement of
the care plan goals.
- Assist the recreational professional in determining the need to revise the residents' goals and interventions.
When to Administer
A progress note must be completed on a quarterly basis in
coordination with the quarterly MDS and care plan conference
meeting. Additional or addendum progress notes should be
completed as deemed necessary.
Time Needed to Administer
Approximately 10 minutes.
